Collingswood Advisory Board of Health

Borough of Collingswood Advisory Board of Health

The Camden County Board of Freeholders established the Department of Health and Human Services to offer residents in Camden County access to affordable and responsive health services and programs. While the department offers a diverse range of services, there is a fundamental need to address health issues specific to local communities. In response to a mandate by the State of New Jersey, the Borough of Collingswood has taken the initiative to create a local Board of Health.

The Borough's Board of Health is tasked with various functions, including identifying community health concerns, educating residents about health issues, and formulating policies and plans that support both individual and community health initiatives.

The purpose of Collingswood’s Advisory Board of Health is to recommend measures to Collingswood’s Board of Commissioners that meet the public health needs of our community.

The Collingswood Advisory Board of Health is conducting a Resident Survey. The goal of this survey is to determine local priorities and guide strategic recommendations that best represent our community’s interests.

This survey is anonymous, meaning we are not collecting any identifying information about you. The results will be reported in the aggregate, and it should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. This survey is meant for Collingswood residents only.
